Ordering & Terms
Some of the bears & other critters on this website are all ready to be adopted. Others have yet to be "born".
Please contact me prior to sending any payment to ensure the bear, dragon, cat or other critter you wish to adopt is available.
Prices on this site do not include postage & packing, the cost of which depends on the size and weight of the finished furry. I will be able to tell you the cost when you place your order. All items are sent special delivery unless advised otherwise.
If the bear or other critter of your dreams is ready for you, I will despatch him/her once I have received payment. At the present time I'm not able to accept cards, so all payments have to be by personal cheque (pounds sterling). Once the cheque has cleared the bears or other critters will be sent out.
*Please be aware I am only able to get to the bank once each week, which may cause an extra delay - we can discuss this when you place your order*
I worry about my furry family while they are in transit, so I would really appreciate a call or email to let me know they have safely arrived.
If your new friend hasn't been born yet I will let you know how long he/she will take to create (depending on my current workload) and will contact you when he/she is ready. At this point you would need to send payment as detailed above.
I want you to be completely happy with any critter you purchase from me and offer my satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, post it back to me, in good condition, fully insured, within one week of receipt and I will give you a full refund, less postage costs.
